Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77zk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 77zk platform at 77zk.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this site.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 77zk platform. 77zk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 77zk platform you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77zk strictly prohibits gambling by any person under 21 years old under any circumstances. Documentary age verification may be requested at any time and failure to comply will result in account suspension.

• You must register and maintain only one account at 77zk. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information when registering and must keep your account details current at all times. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, officer, or immediate family member of any such individual associated with 77zk, its technology providers, or any affiliated entity.

77zk may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal amounts until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 77zk services you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or any other person.

• Do not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is deemed to be conducted by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity.
• Notify 77zk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Our support team is available 24/7.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 77zk account, including to place bets, make deposits, or conduct any financial transaction on your behalf.
• 77zk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where evidence of account sharing, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms is identified, without prior notice.

Where duplicate accounts are found, 77zk may close the duplicate account and, at its sole discretion, retain or forfeit any associated balance in accordance with these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77zk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Current minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account's withdrawal section and may be updated without prior notice.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will result in the transaction being declined and your account being reviewed.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). 77zk may request a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds deposited into your 77zk account must be used for genuine gaming purposes. 77zk may decline a withdrawal where the account does not show bona fide gambling activity consistent with the deposit amount.
• 77zk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Players should check their provider's fee schedule independently before transacting.

If a deposit is made to your account in error, notify our support team within 24 hours. Where the error is confirmed, 77zk will arrange a reversal. 77zk accepts no liability for erroneous deposits where the player fails to report within 24 hours.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

77zk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all related winnings.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. The full wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus-funded balance is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period and will be automatically removed from your account without further notice.
• Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• 77zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion ends early, 77zk will make reasonable efforts to honour bonuses legitimately claimed before the end date.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77zk. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct forfeited:

• Fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform to process proceeds of any criminal activity. 77zk reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any investigation.
• Use of software bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage, automate gameplay, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping, coordinated betting in live dealer games, or any other form of match-fixing or collusion.
• Filing chargebacks or reversing deposits through your payment provider after those funds have been used for gambling. Chargeback activity constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.
• Any conduct intended to abuse the bonus or promotional system, including use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of systematic bonus abuse.

Where 77zk determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds, recover any winnings obtained through such conduct, suspend or close the relevant account, and refer the matter to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 77zk platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of any discrepancy between the rules displayed in the game interface and any other source, the in-game rules prevail. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems independently tested for fairness. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77zk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 77zk platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of revenue, even if 77zk has been advised of the possibility of such loss. 77zk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77zk's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Players are reminded that gambling involves financial risk and that 77zk cannot guarantee any particular outcome in any game.

Privacy and Data Protection

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The support team aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
